When you place an order for goods or services on The HR Shop website you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions as governing your order. Any order you make through The HR Shop webiste is subject to acceptance and availability, and we reserve the right to refuse your order at our discretion and for any reason without explanation.
Product prices are correct at the time the information is entered, however we reserve the right to change any prices without prior notice.
The contract to purchase a product or products is made when Redwing Solutions Ltd has received your submitted shopping basket form and has confirmed via email acceptance of your order.
All orders are to be paid in UK pounds sterling and payment is taken from your account once your order has been received by Redwing Solutions Ltd.
Placing an order at The HR Shop
Making a purchase on The HR Shop site could not be easier. Just browse our on line shop, click on any items you wish to buy and then scroll down and click on the button marked ‘Add to Basket’. If you want to continue shopping you can do so by adding additional items into your basket. If you enter an item into your basket and you no longer require it just amend the quantity of that particular item to zero(0) and click the ‘update quantity’ button to refresh your shopping basket. Once you have completed your shopping click the ‘proceed to checkout’ button.
You will then be asked for your address details we need to be able to fulfill your order. We can deliver to an alternative address but this must be specified at the time of order.
You will then be asked for your method of payment. We accept cheques, credit cards payment by Paypal or Purchase Order. For cheque and purchase order orders your order will not be dispatched until your payment has cleared.
Once your payment has been accepted you will be sent an order confirmation by email with your unique order number for your own records.

Ordering by email or telephone
Orders may be placed by telephone or email where you will be asked to supply a purchase order number or send a cheque. A pro forma invoice will be posted. Any orders will be processed once payment has been cleared.
All prices on the site The HR Shop are subject to VAT.
A VAT sales receipt will accompany your order.
Postage and Packing is inclusive to UK mainland customers only.
We use Royal Mail to deliver our items. Standard delivery time is 2 - 3 working days, however if your goods are required more urgently please do give us a ring on 079733 22704 and we will endeavour to meet your needs.
If you opted to pay via paypal you will also receive a separate confirmation e-mail from them.

Cancelling an order
At The HR Shop we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. That's why we offer you a "No Quibbles" Returns Policy to return items to us up to 7 days after delivery.
Further, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within 7 days of delivery. This applies to all of our products.
To cancel this contract, please write to us giving the reason for the return as "Contract Cancellation". For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
