Welcome to the HR Shop. The HR Shop is the on line shop for Redwing Solutions Ltd based in Redditch, Worcestershire. Redwing Solutions Ltd was started by Principal Consultant, Imogen Edmunds in May 2004. Imogen is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has over 15 years experience of Human Resources Management. 

Says Imogen, "Having run a successful HR Consultancy for several years, clients kept saying to me, where can I get...? Do you know somewhere I can download...?. I realised that there wasn't a site you could purchase HR policies, alongside template letters, forms and training toys. From that day the idea of the HR Shop was born!"
